Heyy đź‘‹ Welcome to Proxeuse's documentation portal. We'd love to guide you through all available information on our services and products as well as on our business operations in this documentation portal. Once available, we'll also publish our API documentation here to make this site complete. While this portal aims to concentrate a lot of available information in once place you might also want to take a look in the Help Center which is a portal that answers questions instead of supplying all information.
The use of the documentation portal is really straightforward if you know where to look. We've centralized a lot of information about all our services and products. This means that this site is a resourceful location to look if you have questions regarding one of our services. We'd love to explain how to use this site, where to look for information, how to authenticate as a client and more. Let's go :)
The left sidebar is the place for the main navigation menu. Via this sidebar you'll be able to navigate throughout the entire dictionary. There are two primary modes in the sidebar to navigate, either via our predefined menu structure or via the page browser. You can toggle between the page browser and the predefined menu by clicking on “Browse” or “Main Menu” respectively.
The best way to navigate in the documentation portal is by using the menu we've created for you. When you first open the documentation portal this navigation mode will be automatically selected. It consists of a menu that contains all major pages which are available for you to view. There are menu items for all our major services and products such as our Webhosting, Domain Names, DNS Hosting and WHMCS modules. By pressing on one of the menu items you'll get redirected to the overview page of that particular service. This page might contain information itself but most of the times shows a list of subpages.
If for some reason the service or product you're looking for doesn't show up in the predefined menu it might show up in the page browser. This browser has been configured to show all pages you have access to in the structure they are saved. For example, you're looking for a page about authentication within Plesk, then the logical place to find this page is Services → Webhosting → Security and Authentication. This works similar with other pages as well.
When you are on a subpage you'll see a so called breadcrumb above the main content. This breadcrumb helps you understand the structure of the documentation portal and can help you with finding more information about the related services.
More and more pages are getting tagged with specific tags which can help you with navigating the documentation portal. There is a designated overview page where all tags are displayed and connected to all pages. You can reach this page by pressing the tags icon next to the search bar on top or by clicking here.
Of course we've also implemented a search function that allows you to search for specific content. We plan to improve the search capabilities because until now the function is only able to search in titles and subtitles. Use the search bar on top of each page.
Some resources may be protected from the general public due to privacy, security or other concerns. This means that we need to have some way to know if you're a client. Fortunately it is really easy to authenticate and authorize with the documentation portal, the only thing you need is an active customer account.
In the upper right corner you'll find a small icon of a person. If you press this icon you'll be automatically redirected to the authentication site where you can login with your username/email address and password. If you've enabled 2FA you'll be prompted to securely authenticate with your one-time code, backup code or passkey. Once you've successfully authenticated you will get redirected back here. You are now able to view more resources that would not be available for non-authenticated visitors.
If you need to log out you can press the icon again and in the submenu that appears press “Logout”. You will know get redirected to the authentication portal where you have three options: get back to the applications overview, log out of the authentication portal or log back in to the documentation portal. If you use a public/shared computer make sure to log out of the authentication portal and other systems you have logged in to.
